Week 4 - July 11 - 17

Monday - Crivitz, WI Area

Today's trip is all about waterfalls again.  It's kinda rainy and cool, but we'll head out anyway.  Had so much fun seeking out all these waterfalls!

Tuesday - Crivitz, WI to St. Ignace, MI - Tiki RV Park and Campground (4*)

Today we had a beautiful drive along Green Bay and Lake Michigan on our way to St. Ignace, Michigan.  The weather was quite cloudy so wasn't able to get good pictures.

Wednesday - St. Ignace, MI area

Today was all about relaxation, some chores and staying close to town.

The bay between Lake Michigan and Lake Huron where the Mackinac Bridge connects the UP (upper peninsula) to the rest of Michigan.  And it was a beautiful day!

A young lady came right up to Larry and I and asked if we wanted our picture made.  I quickly said yes!!

Thursday - St. Ignace, MI area

Today is all about Mackinac Island - no motorized transportation on the island...walk, bike or horse and carriage.  While we have been here before, it is definitely worth visiting again and paying the ferry fee to the island.  But this time we walked everywhere instead of biking.

Friday - St. Ignace, MI to Manistee, MI - Little River Casino RV Park (5*)

Leaving the UP and heading back to the mainland we crossed over the Mackinac Bridge.

Saturday, Manistee, MI Area

Today we took a short drive to the shores of Lake Michigan only to realize everyone else did too!  You would never be able to tell that this is not an ocean.  Beautiful blue water!

After leaving the shore, we spotted a craft show in one of the many small towns in the area.  While there I bought a yard ornament from a guy whose son lives in League City!  And while I was buying my ornament, Larry was talking to a couple that are moving to Pearland soon.  What are the odds!!!
